Wave Hill and the Pool House, a private property featuring two homes, expansive grounds including an infinity pool, sauna, firepit and manicured gardens.

Most of our guests choose to book the entire property for their family and friends to experience a private resort style holiday or the houses can be booked separately in different configurations to accommodate smaller groups outside of peak times.

Wave Hill House features soaring ceilings, open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen, indoor putting green, 3 bedrooms all with direct balcony access and ocean views.

The Pool House showcases all the modern luxuries alongside an infinity pool with 3 bedrooms, multiple lounge areas, fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining options and expansive deck with pool terrace and stunning views.

The Pool House

A luxurious and spacious home with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and multiple lounge areas providing the perfect escape for families and friends.
With expansive ocean views, generous indoor/outdoor living spaces and thoughtful touches throughout this home is the perfect base to reconnect and take in the magic of the coast only 20 minutes from Byron Bay.

The heart of the home is a beautifully designed kitchen featuring sliding glass windows that open to a bar area overlooking the infinity pool. This clever layout creates a seamless indoor/outdoor flow, perfect for al fresco dining, entertaining or socialising while cooking. Whether you're preparing a casual lunch or evening drinks, the space invites you to connect and enjoy the views in a relaxed and open setting.

The home features two king bedrooms, each with a private outlook and ensuites. One opens to a secluded courtyard, while the other spills out onto its own section of the expansive deck.

The third bedroom is a fun and functional bunk room with two sets of bunks beds. Perfect for kids or extra adult guests. The bathroom accessed from this room has a roman style bath with shower and a separate toilet. It is also accessible from the deck making it perfect for rinsing off after a swim or providing easy access during outdoor entertaining.

Each bathroom has been finished with bespoke fittings and stunning locally made Jatana tiles from nearby Federal, with Leif products available throughout your stay enhancing a truly beautiful spa like experience.

The Pool House is air-conditioned with ceiling fans and screens on all windows to allow natural airflow when desired. A double-sided gas fireplace sits between the lounge and dining area creating a cozy atmosphere during the cooler months, while the air conditioning keeps the space cool and comfortable through summer.

Outside, soak up the sunshine or spot whales from the expansive deck (May to October), overlooking the mineral infinity pool and coastline beyond. The space is complete with outdoor lounge furniture and an extendable dining table, perfect for long, lazy lunches or dinners under the stars.

Relax, rejuvenate and sooth sore muscles in your own private sauna, exclusively available throughout your stay. Convenient access is via a dedicated set of steps from the main deck.

This is a family friendly retreat designed with comfort in mind from the private pool and ocean views to the generous layout that lets everyone spread out and unwind. Whether it’s for a summer break or a winter getaway, The Pool House is where memorable holidays are made.

Wave Hill House

Panoramic views from every room, 3 beds, 3 baths, with open plan living, kitchen and dining areas.

Dining table and BBQ on the floating balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a meal, watch the whales migrate (May to October), take in a sunrise or sunset and simply absorb the mesmerizing view.

Master bedroom has a king bed, sofa bed, TV and an ensuite with bath and separate shower. A private retreat for couples who enjoy space and the option to watch the surf from the comfort of their bed!

Queen bedroom with an ensuite and a 3rd bedroom sleeping four (option for king or 2 single beds plus a bunk), with separate bathroom directly opposite.

Off the central living area, you will find an additional toilet, fully equipped laundry and pantry with cooking basics.

All bedrooms have the option of air-conditioning or ceiling fans. The open plan living space has ceiling fans, and all doors/windows are fitted with screens allowing the sea breeze to flow through.
