    Master bedroom has a king bed, sofa bed, TV and an ensuite with bath and separate shower. A private retreat for couples who enjoy space and the option to watch the surf from the comfort of their bed!

    Queen bedroom with an ensuite and a 3rd bedroom sleeping four (option for king or 2 single beds plus a bunk), with separate bathroom directly opposite.

    Off the central living area, you will find an additional toilet, fully equipped laundry and pantry with cooking basics.

    All bedrooms have the option of air-conditioning or ceiling fans. The open plan living space has ceiling fans, and all doors/windows are fitted with screens allowing the sea breeze to flow through.

    Booking Policy

    You must be over the age of 25 to book and stay at Wave Hill House.
    As the person making the reservation you must stay at the house for the duration of the dates booked unless otherwise arranged.

    We accept visa and MasterCard, if you wish to avoid a 2% bank transaction fee there is the option to pay via bank transfer. If you opt for the bank transfer, email a copy of the remittance advice once paid. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

    We require a security deposit of $500 for you stay; this will be invoiced separately a week prior to arrival and refunded after departure if all left in order.

    Deposit Policy

    50 Percent of booking amount at time of booking and remaining 30 days before arrival.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation Policy
    Cancel 60 days prior to arrival, receive a full refund.
    Cancel between 31 and 59 days prior to arrival, forfeit deposit.
    No refund if cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date.
    If booking inside 30 days of arrival, full payment required immediately, this is non-refundable

    Check-in Policy

    Check in is after 3pm and check out by 10am unless otherwise arranged.
    We will accommodate requests for early check-in/late check-out subject to availability (i.e. other bookings in place, cleaners available to accommodate the request, maintenance schedule) and fees apply for check outs after midday. This cannot be confirmed until 24 hours prior to arrival.

    We will contact you via email a few days prior to arrival with check in details, please advise ETA. There is the option for meet and greet or lock box for self check-in, please advise preference.

    Other Policy

    The property is for house guests and minimal external visitors within reason. The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons advised at the time of booking. No more than 8 people are permitted to stay overnight.
    Strictly no glitter or balloons.
    No smoking, no vaping.
    If you have more than 2 cars please advise at the time of reservation.
